using "v4l2-ctl" to set exposure time for "V4L2 compatible camera"

Recently we encountered some problem with setting exposure for TX2 with Leopard IMX477. After asking help and searching the forum, we found one way to get around and fix the problem. it works for “V4L2 compatible camera”. So we want to share it (probably you already knew this method):

sudo apt-get install v4l-utils
v4l2-ctl --set-ctrl=coarse_time=1000
v4l2-ctl --list-ctrls
