/usr/bin/tao: No such file or directory

I’m trying to check my tao information and run this command

tao detectnet_v2 dataset_convert -d /workspace/openalpr/SPECS_tfrecord.txt -o /workspace/openalpr/lpd_tfrecord/lpd

But no matter what, it has given me the error “bash: /usr/bin/tao: No such file or directory” despite the fact that I did create a tao toolkit using “pip3 install nvidia-tao”, so I am not sure what is going on.
