Please share which Jetpack release you use. The latest release is Jetpack 4.6.3 and we would suggest use the latest one. And if you use Jetson Nano developer kit, the maximum current of the 4 ports is 2A and it may not be sufficient for multiple devices. suggest you connect to external power supply. Please refer to 2.1 USB Ports in

We would suggest re-flash the system image and check if the issue still exists. If it still happens after re-flashing, it may be physically broken.
