v4l2-ctrl with bypass just hangs

I’ve tested this using the standard ov5963 driver and with my own custom driver.
When bypass mode is used via v4l2-ctl no frames are received.

sudo v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 --set-fmt-video=width=1920,height=1080,pixelformat=RG10 --set-ctrl bypass_mode=1 --stream-mmap --stream-count=3 --stream-to=1080.raw --verbose

Disabling bypass_mode fixes this.

On TX1 there was something like BYPASS_PXL_TRANSFORM_OFFSET.
I need to enable this bit if it exists on TX2 to fix my issue of altered pixel data.

Suppose you misunderstanding the bypass_mode, if you would like to capture the RAW data by v4l2-ctl you only can use bypass_mode=0, bypass_mode is run by the ISP pipeline like argus/nvcamerasrc need camera core lib to setting the VI/CSI reg.
