@abchauhan this just happend to me while watching a h264 stream with mpv.

os: archlinux
kernel: 6.16.0-3.1-cachyos
kde plasma: 6.4.4 (wayland)
gpu: RTX 2060 Super (8GB)
nvidia driver: 580.65.06 

I’ll try to capture a bug report with the tool if it happens again. I’ve never seen this before so but I upgraded the driver a couple of days ago.
