I got error above when I click generate key in both Try NVIDIA NIM APIs and Try NVIDIA NIM APIs. My account is verified as below
Hey there, thanks for reaching out, and apologies on the delay. This is an error on our end… there are times where we’ve noticed that a user’s NVIDIA Cloud Account has not been created even though they have an active NGC account.
We can fix this by having you create this account at https://cloudaccounts.nvidia.com/ and then our engineering teams will link them.
I’ll send an email with instructions for what we’ll need.
