Hi,
Please apply the steps and check if there is performance improvement:

  1. Run CSI/VI/ISP engines at max clock:
    Jetson/l4t/Camera BringUp - eLinux.org
  2. Run VIC engine at max clock:
    Nvvideoconvert issue, nvvideoconvert in DS4 is better than Ds5? - #3 by DaneLLL
