Video editing for AGX xavier?

Hi!
Before buying I would like to ask some questions:

  1. With nvidia jetson xavier AGX do you have basic and medium level video editing programs? what are SDK software?
  2. I really like this nvidia jetson xavier AGX computer I would like to have it.
  3. If I add a video image capture card type; Can I edit BitFlow? that this video card inserted on AGX xavier ?.
  4. I would like to create a video like animations seen AGX xavier is an AI, creating videos and 3D personis animation and creating logos, transactions etc … or do you need a windows pc?
    or connect the xavier AGX on the windows pc and take advantage of the GPU can you do ?.
    I would like more details and suggestions I really like this little computer.
