I asked to Obsproject because i though it was an issue from them, but they or one user answered that it is a known issue with opengl that needs disable a flipping option.
I wanted reported just in case.
That happens to me on linux, ubuntu 19.10, with the nvidia 2060
Recording all screen it happens, recording just a window, nope.
