Video node available but data not streaming

@JerryChang Hi,

We suspected some issue on the Orin SoC and replaced it with a new one. The issue is resolved.
We were able to stream video.
On JP5.1.2.
This SoC as of now is functional on Orin devkit (p3767).

We also tried the SoC on Xavier carried board (p3509) and there was some noise but not video.

However the first SoC was tried on both Xavier (P3509) and Orin NX (P3767) carrier boards, and the output was always a green screen.
