Video stream output with compression

Hi all,

I am trying to figure it out that I need to output a 4K 60fps even up to 8K data, and my monitor device need to receive a compression codec called VESA Display Stream Compression (DSC) 3:1.
I’m not sure whether should I do something to compress, or I just use the graphics card which adopting standards like HDMI2.1 or DP1.4, they will do VESA commpression automatically in hardware chip?
