Dell Precision Workstation, Windows 10 64 bit with Quadro p3000 and Inte (r) hd630.
For about 8-12 months there has been video stuttering when playing YouTube videos or videos saved to the local machine.
Dell replaced the motherboard, BIOS is updated, Windows is updated, display drivers are updated. Tried different power plans and settings.
NVIDIA is saying it is not their driver or the Quadro P3000 causing the issue but I have seen others with the Intel Quadro combo that report this issue. Is this totally unrelated to NVIDIA and do you have any other recommendations?
