What are the cross compilation steps for VisionWorks framework?

Do you want to use VisionWorks on the DRIVE PX2?
Please noticed that VisionWorks doesn’t support DRIVE OS.

VisionWorks is supported on Jetson platform.Both Jetson and Drive PX 2 uses the same CPU architecture. i.e armv8.

Can’t we use the same VisionWorks framework which is used for Jetson?

No. The OS is different.
You can check DriveWorks SDK for vision usecase on the DRIVE PX2:
