I have tried to download a vnc software like team viewer or real vnc to be able to remote access my Jetson but have had no luck, does anyone know of a software that is compatible with the Jetson TX1? Thanks! ---

I’ve used RealVNC and VNC Viewer before, there isn’t a different VNC for Jetson, it is included in Ubuntu. Enable access following [these directions](https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/984355/jetson-tx1/set-up-vnc-on-the-tx1/post/5045838/#5045838). Make sure you can ping and SSH into your Jetson first to rule out networking connectivity issue.
