VPI: the fuction "Image Format Converter"

Does the Up-/Down-sampling of the “Image Format Converter” not be implemented?
When the output and input have different size, there is error “VPI_ERROR_INVALID_ARGUMENT: Input and output image size do not match”!

Hi,

This API targets for the format convertion.
The resample here is used since some format may have half color plane resolution. Ex. I420.

If you want to resample the image, please use this API instead:
