Vulkan driver -- Quadro vs GeForce

Considering Vulkan is a lower level API, should we expect the same feature-set, performance and determinism offered by the Quadro and Geforce drivers for Vulkan? Or will some features or optimization only be offered on the Quadro?

Nota that this was the model used for OpenGL, where the Quadro always offered some unique features, as well as more optimized and configurable OpenGL driver. Should we expect the same with the Vulkan support?
