I’ve already submitted a ticket, but it didn’t resolve the issue. This is the response I received:
Due to the high demand for GPU resources, we are unable to provision lab resources at this time. We recommend that you try again at a later time. Please allow at least 1 hour before relaunching the lab exercises. Note that during periods of high demand for GPU resources, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to launch a GPU lab instance.
However, it’s been 5 days now. I’ve tried at different times throughout the day, but I’m still encountering the same error.
I looked at your account, it seems that the course had run out of time. I have granted you eight more hours, please try now.
In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
