Issue Description:
We are experiencing an issue on the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor platform where the web browser fails to launch.
When the browser icon is clicked, a black loading indicator/spinner briefly appears, indicating that the application launch has been initiated. However, the browser window never opens and no user interface is displayed. The loading indicator eventually disappears, leaving the browser in a non-functional state.

It is a known issue with web browser and settings GUI in DOS 7.0.3 release. The fix will be available in next release.
Hi, Could you please let us know when the next release is expected to be available? We currently require access to this functionality for our ongoing development activities.
In the meantime, is there any temporary workaround or alternative solution that you would recommend?

I expect browsing is not critical for your development. Unfortunately, there is no WAR for browser on DOS 7.0.3 release.
For setting GUI, every component in the settings window has a command-line method of applying the settings. So it can be used as WAR.
