webex on Xavier

I am just wondering if it is possible to implement webex meeting event using Xavier?

Hi Andrey1984,

That’s an interesting use case, but we never tried it. The the webex meeting require audio and mic, you will need to implement the relevant audio codec on Jetson AGX Xavier first, then try the next step.

adding to /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb [trusted=yes] http://www.deb-multimedia.org stretch main
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install aptitude
sudo aptitude install deb-multimedia-keyring
sudo apt-get install libopenh264-dev

The codec seems installed, huh?
However when trying

https://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html#
this one returns: Your browser, browser version, or operating system is currently unsupported.

and when I am trying web app [ my.webex.com/webappng] ]
it would say that it won’t support audio:
“Can’t Join Meeting
The web app doesn’t support using your computer to connect to audio, which is the only audio connection option that is supported for this meeting. You can join the meeting from the web app with no audio, or you can try joining from the desktop app.”
However, video works in the latter case.
Though maybe another codec will need to be built: https://github.com/cisco/openh264
