what are the differences between Unity sim and Unreal sim ?


My group is planning to use isaac in our six axis robot project but we are new to unity and unreal.
In documentation, the unity is specified to navigation and the unreal is spcified to robots simulation.

What are the differences in these two simulation? Can we use unity or unreal to simulate all situation?

We are presenting 2 simulators, which they have some common features, like navigation and object detection. but the Isaac Sim which is based on Unreal is older so has more features like it has more environments, is distributed as source, so you can edit stuff, and you can load URDF.
