Hi,
Is there any guideline on how to cite Isaac gym in a paper? Thanks.
Hi,
Is there any guideline on how to cite Isaac gym in a paper? Thanks.
I think the paper GPU-Accelerated Robotic Simulation for Distributed Reinforcement Learning is the one you want to cite. It was the first paper from NVIDIA to present Isaac Gym, so it would be like citing MuJoCo: A physics engine for model-based control when using MuJoCo as simulator.
We are working on the Isaac Gym technical report paper that can be used for citations in the future. For now, GPU-Accelerated Robotic Simulation for Distributed Reinforcement Learning could be a reasonable choice, as it contains important preliminary work and results Isaac Gym is based on.
Thank you for confirming. Do you have a ballpark estimate of when a preprint of the technical report will be available?
Would like to use it for my publications. :)
In July, around the timeline of RSS Isaac Gym Workshop/Tutorial session.
Hi @vmakoviychuk,
Is there an ETA on the technical report?
By the end of the next week.
I believe “[2108.10470] Isaac Gym: High Performance GPU-Based Physics Simulation For Robot Learning” is what you want.
Yeah, that’s it! @lvahre16 Isaac Gym Technical paper has been released.
Thank you for the ping.
It was a good read, very detailed.
