What configuration file use in custom kernel for smartNIC?

I would like to build a custom system for the smartNIC with my own Linux kernel and some distribution. I downloaded Buildroot and there is no premade configuration file for smartNIC, I attach the full list of available prepared config files.

I would like to know if any of them is suitable for Buildroot, or if I can download one custom config file for Bluefield SoC somewhere.
