but I still couldn’t find exact information about what 1V8AO refers to. A more detailed explanation would be much appreciated.

VDDQ_VDD2_1V8AO provides sum of DDR VDDQ + DDR VDD2 (ie VDD_IO) and IV8AO (ie 1V8 always ON) rails. The 1V8AO is used to power TMP451 external thermal sensor, pull-up resistors and T234 AO IO power domain, …etc.
