What if we are mssing 156.25MHz clocking in orin carrier (not using MGBE)?

Hi,
I noticed that missing this 156.25MHz clock will result in error:
FATAL ERROR [FILE=platform/drivers/uphy/uphy-tegra234.c, ERR_UID=2251]: start PLL 8 calibration failed

but in XAVIER AGX system, the UPHY_REF1/2_CLK is not needed. We just want drop-in replacement on our existing XAVIER AGX carrier board, not using MGBE. How to diable this MGBE? is this a only trap? and any other changes need to be done for booting Orin in exsting production Xavier AGX carrier board?

You need to modify the ODMDATA to disable MGBE.

sorry, i am pretty new to use orin.
cat p3701-0000-p3701-0000.conf.common,
i can not find any ODMDATA keyword.

Hi Wayne,

I changed the ODMDATA, then use flash command to flash the system, but ran into following issue:

I checked the downloaded rootfs has no extlinux directory.

How can i fix it?

你沒改的時候也會有這問題…

這是你的BSP沒有準備好… 前面下載完有些步驟少跑了

系统是起来了，到了NV的GUI界面，但鼠标，键盘不能用，应该是整个USB设备找不到，但对UPHY配置来说，应该只针对USB3.0. 对于USB2.0应该永远默认是被Enable的，但为什么不能用呢？ 另外在Bootloader的Setup界面是鼠标键盘是能用的。证明硬件是没有问题的。

USB的部份有自己的device tree要設定. 如果要詢問請開另外的topic. 原本的問題看來已經解決了.
