What is the difference between different target hardware for Jetpack

Hi，
When install Jetpack, need to choose different target hardware. What is the difference between different target hardware for Jetpack？I know p3668-0001 for NX module,p3668-0000 for developer kit,
But I don’t know exactly what the difference is, if you make the wrong choice, what’s the effect?
