What's the best way to take a complete backup?

Hi,

Just got my Jetson TK1 with a load of software pre-installed. I’d like to make a backup in case things go awry. What’s the best way to make a complete backup of the flash that could easily be restored later?

That would be via cloning. Cloning of the root partition should be simplest, but you can also clone other hidden partitions (possibly useful for mass producing copies). Here’s the clone article:
