When game turns total black then back to rendered scene, the video quality is getting worse

I’ve met a porblem during testing CloudXR with 5g network, when CloudXR client connected to server, it have good video quality and very high FPS, but in our game there’s effect that turns black gradually for like 3 seconds to switch scenes, when I switch scenes, the rendered image become black then light up with new scene, now the video quality at client is getting very worse, like 1080p turns to 360p, and not become better after I stay still for a while.

Is there any one met this problem?

I can’t say I’ve heard of the issue. We’d probably need to see logs to get an idea what it might be, or a -t trace on the server to generate our internal ‘ETL’ log which we can process to show network status and frame timings.
