I have been using the Tx2 devkit onboard CSI camera for some time. Today, I accidentally broke it. The camera fall off the carrier-board. Where can I buy just the camera module?

The onboard camera is only provided within the box, it’s not for sell individually, you may need to find our camera partner product instead, please refer to Jetson TX2 - eLinux.org
