My current firmware version is 7.4.2360. On the download page the last, for example for MIS5025Q is 7.4.3000 and MIS5030Q model is missing. Or they are compatible?

I checked internally, the version you are running on you managed swich MIS5030Q, which is version 7.4.2360, is the latest version released for this switch.
The models you are referring to are unman-aged switches for which the f/w is not compatible. The f/w on the MIS5030Q needs to be updated through the command-line or the GUI.
