The host/compilation steps are already included in DW documentation. Could you please check Samples → Building the samples section in DW documentation.

I found the document you mentioned in the “Documentation > Documentation for NVIDIA DRIVE™ AGX Developer Kit and NVIDIA DRIVE™ Hyperion Developer Kit > Software (DRIVE Software 10.0) > DRIVE Software 10.0 Documentation (ZIP)”.
I thought these documents are not for Drive PX2.
It will be good if the zip file is also mentioned in the section of Documentation for NVIDIA DRIVE™ PX 2 Developer Kit in the Documentation tab.

The DRIVE SW 10.0 docs are not relavant for DRIVE PX2. I have updated my previous comment with details to avoid confusion. Let us know if you have any issues with compilation.
