Where can I get BDSL (Jtag Boundary scan files from)

Hi, I am not sure if I am going down the wrong path, but I want to know where I can Ascertain BDSL files for NVIDIA chipsets for Jtag debugging and testing? Is it possible NVIDIA can supply these or are they confidential?
