We installed SONiC on Mellanox SN2700 which was having version x86_64-mlnx_x86-r5.0.1410. But the interfaces are not coming up using this onie version. Have to update it to latest onie version.

As you have a valid Mellanox Silver support account, can you please open a Mellanox Support ticket by sending an email to support@mellanox.com?
Through the support ticket we can share the ONIE version with. Also please specify if you need the ONIE version for baudrate 9600 or 115200.
