Where is my IMPORTED characters skeleton in usd project

I have a male character exported from Character Creator v 3.43:

You can see there is a skeleton that I can select at Stage. It is selected.

Ok, now I have my master USD project with environment, props and other characters ( most hided here but anyway):

Now I can see the skeleton but I cannot select it in stage. Why, whre might it be?
Under animation there is not the RL_BoneRoot

So it looks like I can select the skeleton ( to constrain stuff to it ) only in the orginal CC exported USD. I solved this problem by adding the vase & flowers to there. Here is the master USD scene with that, works just fine:
