Where is nvcc.pdf on Windows SDK 4.0? It's in the Linux distro but not Windows

I had to fish this off a GPU cluster running Linux the other day cos I couldn’t find it in my Windows SDK 4.0 distro.
Anyone seen it?

It doesn’t come with the SDK. It’s in the toolkit’s doc directory.
