Where is the ECID documented and can I read it from Linux kernel on Orin AGX?

I want to confirm that the ECID is unique for each Orin AGX, but cannot find any documentation about it.

  1. Could you either confirm it is unique for each device and/or point me to the documentation where it is described?

  2. Can we read it back from Linux? We may want to use it in our manufacturing process.

Yes it is unique.

This command from our flash tool can dump the ID.

./tegrarcm_v2 --new_session --chip 0x23 0 --uid
