Where to find NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q BIOS / vBIOS / firmware updates?

Where do I find vBIOS updates for NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition?

I have SKUs 900-5G153-2500-000 and 900-5G153-2200-000 (Device Id 0x2BB410DE), not by PNY but by NVIDIA, with no other branding.

$  nvidia-smi --query-gpu=vbios_version --format=csv
vbios_version
98.02.6A.00.03
98.02.6A.00.03

According to other posts, this vBIOS version does not support MIG.

MIG support on RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell

I have been able to successfully enable MIG on a RTX PRO 6000 Max-Q GPU running VBIOS 98.02.6A.00.03 (this is the version that shipped with my devices). I followed the directions at MIG User Guide — NVIDIA Multi-Instance GPU User Guide r575 documentation and had to use the Display Mode Selector utility to switch the GPU into compute mode. That person has the same vBIOS as you and got MIG running successfully.
