Which document contains information on how to use NvUtils?

NvUtils has replaced nvbuf_utils in l4tR35.1. Can you provide documentation on how to use NvUtils? Where can I download the Jetson Linux API documentation?

The nvbuf_utils to NvUtils Migration Guide can be found from each SW relase page, please get it from the Jetson Linux SW version you’re using from Jetson Linux Archive | NVIDIA Developer
