I just bought a new laptop ThinkPad T480s with Nvidia Geforce MX150 integrated. I also bought additional Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 Graphic Dock which contains a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 inside to use as an eGPU. However, when I installed driver for GTX 1050, it will replace old driver and MX150 will not work. Then I tried to reinstall driver for MX150, GTX 1050 not work. I want to use eGPU GTX 1050 when I stay at home then use integrated MX150 when I go out. Does anyone have solution for this? Have any Ndivia drive which can be used for both MX150 and GTX 1050?
