Which driver is driving?

Lenovo P1 Gen 3 with Fedora 34 and KDE. Quadro T2000, if I remember correctly, else T1000.

Please see the attached screenshot. Why are there multiple NVIDIA drivers displayed? How should I manage them? (As is probably obvious, I’m new to Linux and NVIDIA.)

These are not devices. They are different ports of the same device.
All the nvidia audio is actually done with the snd_hda_intel module (driver).
Sound in linux is managed by ALSA. Mostly managed by pulseaudio on top of it. You would need to look into them for better understanding. But beware - documentation isn’t good.

So they just reflect the ability to have simultaneous but distinctly coded/directed audio streams?
