Which signal should be used to reset the m.2 key E Module in THOR platform

I design a m.2 key E Connector on the custom board of THOR T5000. And connect the USB3.2 lanes and USB2.0 lanes to the Connector but no the PCIE signal. And it is for use the 5G module. Whitch signal should be used as the RESET signal from T5000 th 5G module? SYS_RESET_N or CARRIER_ POWER_ON or other signal?

Refer to Jetson Thor Developer Kit Carrier Board Design Files https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/assets/embedded/secure/jetson/thor/docs/jetson_thor_devkit_carrier_board_design_files.zip

M.2 Key E is on Page 20 of the schematics. You could use this as reference and adapt based on your needs. Refer to M.2 Key E specifications and data sheet for your M.2 Key module as well to guide you further.

I’m sorry , I make a misstake, it’s not KEY E, but KEY B Connector for the 5G module. In the connector, T5000 provides USB3.2+USB2.0 but no PCIE signal, so it can’t used the PCIE_RST signal to reset the 5G module, so which signal should I choost

You will need to refer to M.2 KEY B specifications and your 5G module specifications/data sheet for guidance. You could use unused GPIO as Reset, if needed taking in to consideration logic level compatibility at power on and during normal operation.
