Hi @KevinFFF , We tested another failure module with the Orin dev kit using verions R36.5 and R36.4.0, In that SOM in dev kit also the issues is recreating in all the literations

Could you help to clarify if the issue comes along with the module or releases(R36.5 or R36.4.0) or the board?

We are facing a white screen issue during shutdown on two SOMs.

  • We have tested both SOMs on the Orin NX dev kit using JetPack versions R36.5 and R36.4.0.

  • On the dev kit:

    • One SOM still shows the issue.

    • The other SOM works fine (no issue observed).

  • On our custom carrier board:

    • The issue occurs on both of these SOMs.

    • However, when we use a different (working) SOM on the same custom carrier board, everything works without any issue.

So, the problem seems to be specific to these two SOMs, although one of them behaves differently depending on the platform (dev kit vs custom carrier board).

Please let me know if any additional details are required.
