Why does my Jetson Orin Nano Only Has About 6.5GB Memory?

I have a n00b question, from deviceQuery, why does it show only 6481MB memory? From the website, it’s mentioned it has 8GB memory.

Thank you for taking a look, is this configurable so user space could borrow more memory?
