since your configuration set the NVCSI clock rate to performance mode.
could you please double check your device tree settings, especially the pixel clock rate.
please refer to Sensor Driver Programming Guide, and check the [Sensor Pixel Clock] session, or you might refer to [SerDes Pixel Clock] session for sensor modules that use Serializer/Deserializer chips.
