Why i always fail to install?

@saite.forever i am just another user, but judging only by what you have posted above, it seems like it’s due to connection timeout. being able to see the complete launcher log would be beneficial. if you can upload the .log found here, it may be helpful for a the mods/devs to look into your installation issue - C:\Users\limingqing\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher.log

in the meantime, i suppose a few things you can consider doing:

  1. make sure there are no specific network config that causes timeout
  2. try to reboot the machine and try installing the app again before doing anything else
  3. temporarily turning off antivirus, firewall, and/or windows defender to see if it helps
  4. ensure the ports aren’t being used/blocked by some other services that OV needed to use. Networking and TCP/IP Ports — Omniverse Nucleus latest documentation (nvidia.com)
  5. see if the OV system monitor page (http://localhost:3080/) shows all services running

also, it looks like you are having this issue with the USD Blender build from OV. are you having issue with another other OV apps?
