Why sdkmanager installs tensorrt, cuda and other packages in host machine as we can directly build models in nvidia drive agx systems.

It is recommended to use cross-compilation for building models on the NVIDIA Drive AGX systems. Installing TensorRT, CUDA, and other packages on the host machine can be helpful for cross-compiling the models for the target platform. This approach allows developers to avoid any potential conflicts that might occur due to different versions of packages installed on the host machine and the target platform.
