why the network throughput was very slow on Nvidia

Hi,
I go to the website https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/downloads#?search=jetpack%203.1
and download JetPack-3.1 to execute install
I don’t understand why the network throughput was very slow, just 50KB.
I had download install packet exceed 1day, It’s so crazy.

You are very lucky…for me it says 432 days @17.48kbps right now…been so since last few days I checked…Great!
