But It seems that the changes take effect after using the command sudo ./flash.sh jetson-agx-orin-devkit internal to flash the complete firmware. Thank you for the additional information.

Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Do you mean that there’s no change after you replacing the kernel image/dtb?
Or you hit any boot up issue?

Yes, own board is Jetson AGX Orin development kit.
I mean that there’s no change after I replacing the kernel image/dtb.
By downloading the sorce code of l4T 35.3.1 and compling it to produce Image.

Kernel Image and DTB may be loaded from partition instead of loading from rootfs.
Please flash the whole board to apply the change.
