why Yolov3 with cudnn on RTX 2080 Ti will cause out of RAM?

it will be killed by out of RAM before goes to RTX 2080 ti.
But when it run on GTX 1080 Ti, it’s fine. (same situation) 2 GPU in 1 machine, Linux 16.04. 64G RAM.
