Wide-angle GPIO cameras for Jetson TX1

I currently have a system of 4 USB wide-angle cameras, however this requires the use of a USB hub which I’d like to remove. I have a few questions:

  1. I understand two CSI MIPI cameras can be connected, but is it possible to connect 4 cameras to the GPIO pins of the Jetson? They don’t necessarily have to be used/access simultaneously, but they need be connected.

  2. Are there any wide-angle GPIO cameras that can be used with the Jetson? I’ve seen raspberry pi ones, but unsure if they can be used on the Jetson.

Any information or experiences is greatly appreciated.
