WiFi/BT module on J505

Hi,

We have installed an AIW-170BQ-001 Advantech WiFi/BT module on J505 and we are using the ath11k driver.

When I set the lines (PG.03) W_DISABLE1 and (PY.00) W_DISABLE2 low, I see the pins go low for approximately 20 us and then go back high. I removed the driver (using rmmod) and tried to toggle the pins, but I get the same results.

It appears that there may be something else controlling those signals.

I am looking for some help to understand why this is happening.

Hi,
Since you use a custom carrier board, would suggest consult with Advantech to get further suggestion.

We are using jetson_38.4 on the Devkit and added the BT/WiFi to the M.2 Key E connector J505.

When I attempt to toggle the disable lines, they only go low for 20 us and are immediately set high.

Hi,
We would suggest control the pins though driver code. Since the pins are in M.2 Key-E slot, they are controlled through device driver. Cannot be set high/low as GPIO pins.
